About Teambuild
Teambuild, now in it's ninth year, the competition attracts the brightest young professionals from the top companies around the UK and Ireland. It is an exhilarating, fast paced and challenging test of skills, leadership and collaboration.
Teams are set a series of scenarios throughout the construction process and are watched, and scored by eminent judges from across all fields in the industry.
“The only way to achieve a good building these days is by working in partnership across the whole construction sector. It seems to me that Teambuild is just the right kind of initiative to encourage our young professionals to embrace this way of working.”
