Scotland schools framework win

27th September 2011

Our Scotland office has been appointed to provide M&E and BREEAM consultancy services for the latest phase of the South Lanarkshire primary schools modernisation programme.

This four-year, £150 million phase forms part of South Lanarkshire Council’s £850 million primary schools modernisation programme which will see all 124 of the area’s primary schools rebuilt by 2016.

Morgan Sindall Professional Services has successfully delivered earlier phases of the programme, providing M&E services for the schools; they have been designed to provide modern, natural learning environments that feature a range of sustainable features such as biomass boilers, natural ventilation and high levels of daylight.

Winning this appointment is a great result for Morgan Sindall Professional Services. This is an outstanding framework which is creating inspirational environments for pupils and staff and it is a privilege to be playing a part in its success.
