We're looking for creative team players who thrive on challenge and pace with a desire to take on a high level of responsibility from the start.
We welcome applications from highly motivated graduates qualified to degree and post-graduate level in architecture and interior design, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, process and chemical engineering or project and design management.
The four cornerstones of our graduate development programme are:
Structured
Our –Chrysalis programme will provide you with key interpersonal, communication, presentation, problem-solving and meeting skills.
Professional
You will work towards chartered engineer or architect status through our accredited schemes which are aligned to the ICE, IChemE, IMechE, CIBSE, IET and RIBA.
Technical
You will attend training courses that satisfy your professional scheme objectives and the needs of the business.
General
You will be expected to help with careers and enterprise events. As well as helping develop your own skills, the events give students an insight into the working world helping them make their career choices.
